Wolfram is Professor for interdisciplinary stroke research at the Center for Stroke Research Berlin at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany, Chairperson of the ESC Council on Stroke as well as co-ordinates the Study Group on Heart and Brain Interaction in Patients with Heart Failure of the European Association of Heart Failure (HFA).  https://www.escardio.org/Councils/Council-on-Stroke
